Mallias Child is named after Mallias in the Greek Islands and was 'discovered' and created in 1984 by Mr.Graham an adventurous Australian. Famous in early edition guide books Mallias has spawned much of the development at Gili Meno. Cold beer is a legacy of its founder.
Today some 2.5 prime Hectares remains of the original site and is owned by an Indonesian-Australian owned company (PMA) PT. Gili Meno, with Mr.Graham as the major shareholder. Over half of this has been planned to be developed into more expansive bungalows to cater for the original back-packers who have a yearning to return, but may wish to enjoy a little more comfort.
There is an opportunity to invest in a 29 year lease of one of the new bungalows with a share of the income generated by that bungalow and a small share in the overall revenue of the revamped resort.
